Receive your complimentary Probate Market Analysis, broken down into two reports at key dates. Review and decide on pricing that best positions your estate’s real property for sale. Reports also available for review with your CPA or Attorney.
Preparation
Accompany the property through the civil probate process and prepared for sale. Any estate sales or additional menu of services needed for the property are available.
Listing + Sale
Property is listed for sale or sold with elected sales process and probate procedure. Once an offer is signed escrow will be opened and we will begin selling the property. We facilitate the sale with the personal representative or executor through the required process to bring about a successful sale.
